José Antonio Alcocer Heredia, gestor social de Atasta, denunció al diputado morenista del Distrito local XX, Daher Puch Rivera, de bachear cuando le interesaba convencer a la Península de Atasta para obtener votos, pero no regresar o dar la cara tras ganar, ni siquiera cuando ha estado más fea la cosa, tras lo cual luego apareció alzándose el cuello en el Congreso asegurando que mandó a sellar los huecos que no duraron ni 2 ó 3 días, y fue abucheado.
Criticó al legislador por no aparecerse cuando los pobladores se manifestaron, para preguntar “¿en qué les puedo ayudar o echar la mano?”, pese a ser su obligación.
