Con la reciente aprobación de los congresos de Guerrero y Tamaulipas, la Reforma al Poder Judicial ha alcanzado el requisito constitucional de 17 votos a favor para ser promulgada oficialmente.
Los estados que respaldaron la reforma son: Oaxaca, Tabasco, Quintana Roo, Veracruz, Baja California Sur, Yucatán, Colima, Nayarit, Morelos, Durango, Baja California, Puebla, Tlaxcala, Campeche, Sinaloa, Guerrero y Tamaulipas.
Con estos 17 votos, la reforma será enviada al Ejecutivo para su promulgación y posterior publicación en el Diario Oficial de la Federación.
