Juan Alba Rosado, secretario general del Sindicato Único de Trabajadores del Volante (SUTV), criticó al Instituto Estatal de Transporte (IET) por imponer pagos excesivos para la regularización de taxis piratas, que debería ser su responsabilidad según la nueva Ley de Movilidad. Además, el SUTV está a la espera de la aprobación para incrementar entre 150 y 200 nuevas unidades en Campeche, Escárcega y Ciudad del Carmen, con prioridad para los martillos, con el objetivo de mejorar el servicio de transporte.
